The Durham Lives! Healthy Communities Partnership is a
coalition of community agencies, organizations and
individuals who have a commitment to the health and
well-being of Durham Region residents. Members have
been collaborating for over 10 years to bring programs and
services to Durham Region which promote and support
healthy lifestyles. The Healthy Communities Partnership is
always looking for new membership.
